Sematary: How do you feel about him?

Sematary (whos real name is Zane Steckler) or Grave Man, is an American rapper, producer, and visual artist known for founding the underground collective Haunted Mound. Rising in the late 2010s, he built a strong fanbase following with his gritty blend of trap, horrorcore, and (some kind of) black metal, mixing distorted vocals, eerie samples, and dark, rural imagery. His music and visuals often draw on horror films, The Occult, and small town Americana, creating a distinct “Haunted Mound” world that feels both surreal, violent and raw.

Sematary’s career hasn’t been without controversy tho some of his older lyrics and imagery have sparked criticism for being offensive, racist or insensitive. He’s rarely addressed these accusations directly, preferring to stay out of the spotlight and let the music speak for itself. Despite that, he’s become one of the most talked-about names in underground scene, known for pushing  boundaries and carving out a sound that’s entirely his own.
