What I would do is pay attention to the way your teacher structures arguments when talking about topics, for example. What are words he uses, what does he believe in? Obviously in exams or classes you should also include your own opinion, but hwat I've found is that structuring it in a way with vocabulary like your teacher, they will usually grade it higher, does that make sense ?

Use https://tasks.org/, it's feature rich and most importantly it's free and open source, basically you have everything that todo lists and paid agendas have but for free. check it out!

I use Gemini to make quizzes for me to take, not much else apart from reading the notes, really
