My struggle leaving reddit

I have been trying to leave Reddit, but it is really hard! I used an app someone here recommended, ScreenZen, but I ended up uninstalling it because I wanted to use Reddit (and then installed it again without having used Reddit).

I'm trying to blog here more than doomscroll in Reddit, specially since there is so much negative things (ragebait and bad news) there.

At least on my phone, anyways. In my PC I have my games and Youtube (which I hate on mobile) so I don't use it as much.
