i need to loose weight asap!!! i rlly rlly rlly want to get used to fasting without breaking it too, if anyone has tips on how to make fasting easier (before you try to tell me not to i'm not juste fasting for weight loss but also for religions and detoxe purposes, i rlly wanna feel closer to god and detoxe myself from all the junk i hear, see and eat, fasting before used to be a great experience, i felt better, closer to god and it rlly opened my eyes to another pov but i couldnt fast this year and also last year so now ive lost all habits of fasting bc of various reasons, i keep on searching on the internet but it only shows tips for christians or they aren't helpfull enough since its from a pov of an adult, i live with my brothers and they love to eat and snack or order fast food especially at a time where no one in my family fast, it would be helpfull if i could get help for that thanks!!

i try to keep myself busy during ramadan, eat filling food and drink a lot of water in the morning, and then try to do activities during the day dont stay alone in ur room or you will get hungry, you can even exercise a bit but no tiktok bedrot on bed, thats my advise
thanks that rlly helped! i often spend my days in my room but i always try to go out at least once a day or try to find smt fun to do, it is hrder to do at the end of the month tho lol!!! i often forget to eat alot im more used to eat lil but alot like a lil then i stop then a lil, i'll try to concetrate on work and my ways of eating, thanks again it's rare nowadays to get fasting advices for ramadan its always christian fasting so it's rlly not the same
