11-2-25: Rooster Savings Time

Hubcap attempts to set his rooster back for the recent time change, hopefully he's successful.

Although I was thinking about having Dondéstan County not actually doing the time thing and just switching between Central and Mountain, although I'd have to see if that'd work. If that was the case, then in the cartoon we can assume that Hubcap has forgotten about this time anomaly.
