this is a rant post guys please don't throw tomatoes at me thanks

i am GENUINELY so fucking tired of people across tiktok, youtube, everywhere. it doesn't matter what kind, whether it be by hating on one gender and glazing the other, to people who actually need to get away from the screen and into a mental hospital, and to making fun of a race that people can't even control. every post, woman, man, or a non binary pal, its sickening to me how they get hated on my insecure people who cannot handle positivity in any space, spreading hate. and guess what? thats how it gets popular. hate culture and all that shit. its gotten to the point where you cannot even tell if they are doing it for the fun of baiting people into replying/commenting, and the worst part? it happens to everyone. you, me, basically everyone on this planet who has a device, or basically anyone who can share their personal opinions. BUT, it gets turned into the social norm. for example: hate post on [___] > gets onto the algorithim > people reply > gets popular > people agree (for some reason) > people think that agreeing with this will make them fit in > becomes norm. i'm not really someone who likes to rant alot, but this just perked up my mind. no, you do not have rights over someones body and get final say, no, you do not get joy from making fun of someone for something they cannot control, no, you can't make fun of peoples insecurities and turn it into the daily normal, no, you cannot be a shitty person and hide behind religion (targeted), no, you do should NOT get appeal for doing anything of this at all. it's something i hate to see, and i mean HATE, and its a strong word, i get it. but going with an obviously wrong popular opinion, and doing this irl (making fun of people who fit into the stereotype of [popular social opinion]). especially in school, or at home, just anywhere else you go to, and you have to live in fear, hide your real self from hateful people, and be FORCED to play a role that isn't you, so that you can just fit in a space that should be welcoming. it trult sucks to be hated in a space, full of your peers, and i mean it.
