I think I have seasonal depression??

I'm  just now noticing that every year for the past 3byears I've been getting sad as soon as Halloween is over, then it gets better around Christmas time, and one new years is past I get sad again. 

It's not just normal sad though. Like I don't wanna get out of bed sad, my hobbies aren't fun sad, and I need to change everything about myself bc I hate who I am all of a sudden.

 It hasn't gotten that bad yet tho, and I'm about to go blonde so maybe I'll just romanticize the hell out of this winter. :^

But I also don't want to self diagnose depression bc that's crazyz so I'm going to see a psychiatrist at some point soon I think :/
