I'm here to factcheck because i've only had one girlfriend in my 20 years of living

Yes, BUTTT... only her. Only my girlfriend. Nobody else gets the pleasure of turning me into a nervous, flustered bastard.

Girlfriend gets princess treatment, she's spoiled because of me. She will always get my jacket when it's cold, and i will hop over my own car just to open the door for her. I hold too many reference points of what is "bad" in a relationship (because my mom would make me sit down and watch tv shows with her) and so i can't be confused

"3. Romance looks like a fairy tale to him"

Yeah, i mean, obviously there's gonna be conflicts, but most fairy tales.. Shockingly.. Have conflicts. Some of you are just in miserable relationships xd

Yeah, unless you're very direct. I take most "flirtation" as flattery in my brain, and i mostly don't realize until it's obviously romantic or i recognize a certain phrase or word.

"5. Grand gestures seem necessary to him"

Yes, but not frequently. It doesn't have to be public or stereotypical cheesy romance, it can just be something that really matters to my girlfriend, such as painting her for an assignment like i did a couple weeks ago. If it's too many grand gestures, especially in public, i feel pushy and like i'm overdoing it/too clingy

YES!!! Because what if i fuck up? What if i had kissed her when she didn't want to be kissed? What if i had started flirting at a bad time? Yes, it's scary, but i'm kind of getting eased into it

Yeah. Only because everyone is different. I've seen my classmates meet each other's parents after 2 weeks of dating, but i've also seen my classmates take 3 months just to kiss. I don't like to be seen as frigid or clingy, so i just kind of wait for my gf to shift the speed in our relationship ._.

I have never argued with my gf before (at least seriously) so i don't really know how to answer this. I am anxious about messing up in some way, even minorly, so yeah i guess so? Idk?

That's it, i just thought it was funny to read and see how whoever wrote it missed some points. I KNOW THAT EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT DON'T ATTACK ME!!! But this is just my own experience xd
