What makes me cry

HALLO PEOPLE!!! let's dive right in!

So, as most teenagers do, I listen to a ton of music. I have music in all sorts of ways. It's on my phone, on an mp3 player and on cds. 

Music has always been a huge addiction for me. When I was 13, my mom finally let me listen to the "Secular" station on the radio. It was the top 40 back in about 2022 and the weeknd would NOT stop playing. 

I was absolutely enamored. 

I went to the thrift store and got a little pocket radio and listened to that top 40 every day. I remember when Sunroof first came out and I was so rooting for it to get number 1.

Music helps me feel alot. Whenever I listen to songs talking about people's emotions, like deep and heavy ones, I can feel their pain. It also helps me understand my own feelings. 

A few songs that have made me cry recently is Juliet by Cavetown and Sleep patterns by merchant ships.

The cavetown one made me cry because of one specific lyric and that is "It really hurts when I need to so bad but I can't see her" and I felt that in my SOUL

the other one made me cry because of the lyric "I will tell Garret there is no god, that this is all meaningless but for today, there is a god, and he has a plan for me"

Music also makes me feel joy throughout my body like conan grays Found Heaven album or Slipknot songs.

Just look a bit harder for what you wanna hear. Music is so hard to make and real talent is out there
