titles pretty self explanatory. before you guys say what i know some of you are gonna say i am: well hydrated, sleep well, never stay up too late on any electronic device, i go outside a whole lot, i move my ass around, (mostly) stress free, and i exercise regularly.
now, i may have been exaggerating about the title, i don't really know how to put it into words but here's the actual rant:
ever since the beginning of october, i've been getting distracted a lot, i just can't seem to focus during class/when someone is talking to me. and i also get bored really easily, and i've started to vocal stim a lot more. and i also like to move. A LOT. this (to me, at least) sounds like adhd. im obviously no professional. both my siblings are diagnosed with adhd, and my sister also has autism. but i don't think i have autism.
i wanna hear your opinions. i've had most of these symptoms for my entire life and it's been getting for frequent/noticeable since the beginning of october, especially my inability to focus. i've had entire people TOUCH ME and call my name repeatedly, i still wouldn't notice.
do you guys think i should get it checked or wait for now?? or if it's not that bad in your opinion.

unfortunately, spontaneous confusion like this can be a symptom of many many things. only one i've had experience with is type 1 diabetes.
if your body can't produce insulin and your sugar goes high, you can feel like shit. how long have you felt this way? you cannot survive without insulin for too long, so if it's been a couple of months, you are not likely diabetic. (i say likely because my progression was slow and i survived without injections for a year before my islet cells completely died) easy way to check is to eat a carby meal, wait a hour, and use a glucose test kit, and if you're in the usa, a abnormal number will be anything higher than 140mg/dl. i mention the usa because other countries use mmol instead of mg/dl.
if you're type 1 in progress, you will be SKINNY and your numbers will be 300+. if you're a type 2 in progress, you will be chunkier and your numbers won't get to 300 unless you have a infection.
