OLD TECHNOLOGY I STILL USE

Hi everyone! This is my first ever blog entry. 

I wanted to talk about old tech i still use and ask if you are still using some too. So, i still use my PHILLIPS AQ 6598 Auto Reverse casette player. It also still has it radio function. My parents actually got it in 2002 with the box, eraphones and the instructions still intact. But it has been a while since the earphones stopped working since i used it for a long time :( I do reccomend this one though, it's very cool and practical to use. I frequently buy casettes on second hand websites or just search my basement lol. The only thing hard about using a casette player is FINDING THE SONGS! I actually did have a 1 v1 with reversing the tape...But im grateful. I sometimes look at the paper of the tape when i can't find the song. But sometimes even the paper can't help. I have one Dean Martin casette from the 90's  that my dad boght back in that time, and it has ''EVERYBODY LOVES SOMEBODY SOMETIMES''. But the song's name isn't present on the lyrics paper...Sheesh, i had trouble finding that later on so i just remembered the song before it lol. I also put a small sticker! xD

Okay! Now on my CD player. I think this is the most fun to use. I burn my own cd on my pc. I got a bundle of empty cd's and i do it from time to time. I own a second hand that i bought on the internet. It's PANASONIC SL-MP50. I really like this one and dont have much to say since this is pretty more modern than the casette. It's okay to find the songs if you memorised the order, still defo easier than finding songs on the casette player. You can also make the same song replay. I like it! I use it with a SONY wired headphone.

Okay! Now onto my most recent purchase...(drum roll please..) IPOD NANOOOO THIRD GEN! Okay, it was a second hand too, its the black one. It's the most easy and practical to use since ipod's are pretty small (nanno 3rd is). It's easy to swoop in your pocket, smaller pockets etc. The only thing is...i seem to can't put one song on repeat, like there isn't an option for that..? Or maybe i missed it? Or maybe since it's more of an older gen of Ipod, it simply doesn't have that option.. :( Still i love it with my whole heart. I have the 8GB version! I use the same headphones with it.

OKAY! I talked a LOT lol. But last one is my stereo from 1997 that i got inside my room from the living room. It's a PANASONIC. I don't know which model though. Since its pretty old, i have to occasionally plug it in and out. Sometimes when we move the stand its standing on, the cables fumble and the track i put in skips. It's only on the Cd side though. The Cd place also gets stuck sometimes. I once got very scared because i thought it now got my MCR cd stuck inside and i thought now i wouldn't get it back but i luckily opened it back with the tip of the scissors. I made sure i wasn't using too much force, no worries. :) Also the right casette deck doesnt close when opened so i dont dare open that, cause i once made the mistake of it...Overall it's amazing. İ dont need headphones when i want to listen to mucis, that's what it makes it very special to me. It has the radio too but i didn't yet check it out if it's useable. Overall, the stereo is the most old and the least used in my current collection! :9
