hedgehog who wont stayPUT

not too long ago a hedgehog appeared at the front door. winter is coming and it was severely underweight, so sure, we took it in. it was fine the first couple of days. it was eating well, it wasnt injured, and it didnt fear humans at all. after a flea treatment, it even let us pet it as long as we didnt touch too close to its face.

thats kewl and all, but now its taken up a hobby in escape rooms. EVERY NIGHT THIS LITTLE BASTARD HAS BEEN BREACHIGN CONTAINMENT AND GOING UNDER THE FRIDGE TO FEAST ON THE CATS' LEFTOVERS. ONE OF MY CATS KEEPS TRYING TO BRING ME TO HIM BECAUSE ITS SCARED OF OUTSIDERS BUT I JUS HAVETA STAND THERE LIKE "comrade hes under the fridge im too big" AND SHE JUST STARES AT ME LIKE "b... but its scary (◎ ◎)"  THAT IS A HEDGEHOG. YOU ARE 5 TIMES ITS SIZE DAWG. YOU CAN EAT YOUR FOOD PLEEASEEE 

we try to put him back but he escapes again. he moved a grate with a whole as book on top of it overnight. i dont even know how he gets down but hes not hurt i guess??? and its not like he fears us- he never balls up until we actually lift him. this little pest has done NOTHING but eat mealworms, cat food and torment us all.
