NGL tornados sound horrifying being real

Ok I get we all already know that tornados are bad news, I know i live some where without any tornados at all, and I know that there are more dangerous disasters like floods, tsunamis and hurricanes. However my god, just imagining large scale tornados scares the shit out of me. Like the biggest ones take up massive chunks of sky, basically if a thundercloud on the ground. 

Not to mention the destruction they leave might as well be non-existent, not because its weak, but everything is so gone that you wouldn't be able to realize there was stuff in the first place. Don't expect to outrun it either given big ones move at 30 km/h and some of the fastest ones can move at 80 km/h, which is absurd given the power they hold.

There is a case that hurricanes are scarier, which whilst I agree there is a case for that given they're way more lethal and large. It's the fact that an average person CAN see a tornado that makes me fearful of them, as the former is more like an EXTREMELY powerful storm from a persons perspective.

Overall, tornados are basically like literal big evil super death pillars that obliterate anything and everything in their way, which in prospect, is a tad spooky.
