How long should you practice guitar?

So ive been trying to practice guitar at least an hour a day at like 7pm or whatever but i was wondering if this is good enough to practice guitar i guess? if not then i need someone to tell me how long i should practice guitar each day i really just wanna get goood at it plsss >_< i can't stress it enough u know because im not very consistent when it comes to picking up the guitar everyday im either sleeping all day or when shit gets really bad i slit my thighs with an eyebrow razor (because im a little bitch) uhh yeah sorry pls somebody lmk how to be consistent :(
