When Social Media pisses me off :-:

Self-proclaimed almighty saint of the net…

I hear you

Through words of hatred and discrimination,

I see your jealous eyes, your abused way of thinking, your insecurities,

For those who express themselves through innocent, authentic content and yet those people bring them down…

To those people I usually have a tendency to sympathise with them, but every and now then 

it gets to a point.

Bio states it ‘fights for peace’,

But you can’t bring people together but cutting them

all off,

You create up a character,

Whom has no flaws,

Oh well It’s so easy to say things,

When you edit it all,

You live by a script, but claim its still, ‘your words’

So does the cat get your tongue when the spotlight removes the ‘know-it-all-nerd’ 

When you can’t think of responses that you once believed;

“It’s basic human knowledge you should have already achieved”

Maybe you don’t live in a world where your required to think messily on the spot,

But don’t you spit your rational words at them,

when you had all day to carefully go over what you had to post, whilst they faced mayhem.

~Can we just not.
