I need to start studying for my licenseeeeeeeeeeeh but I can't get myself to ;-;
Like I like the concept of studying and once I lock in I can study for hourssss - but I just can't start even though I got nothing else to do right now ;p
I can't physically start studying if my exam isn't within 24 hours... any tips to fix this? I always try gaslighting myself that I'll only "study for 5 minutes" but that trick doesn't seem to work >:/

I hate studying too cuz I have ADHD
I'm a$$ deep in medical assistant school and I can't stop getting distracted from doing these boring module things

I usually tell myself I’ll only study for 5 minutes too, because getting started is by farrrrr the hardest part
if that trick doesn’t work for you try like, actually only studying for 5 minutes, u don’t have to gaslight yourself just study for 5 minutes. Or you don’t even have to study, just get your books out/take a look at what you need to study and stuff idk. And if all else fails tell yourself ur not allowed to get out of your chair or be on your phone until you study a little (I don’t really recommend this one but it works for me)

Start studying, get rid of distractions, use a timer to study for short times like 25 minutes with breaks, and just focus on doing one small thing to begin each time.
