Happy Almost Halloween!!

I'll be going to work soon, and I'm hoping people will still be all dressed up so I can see all the cool costumes! It used to be we'd have a lot of customers that would come in and have us guess what they were. 

Some were puns, some were pop culture figures or popular characters, and some were just a general concept like a witch-vampire or a cat-spirit. I really love the time and effort people put into their costumes. I feel really lucky to get to see what they want to show off. Some customers come dressed up all year round, but it's few and far between. 

I wish I'd had time to make goodie bags like I usually do for our friends and neighbors this year, but I was just too busy with emergencies and family events. I'm hoping next year, I'll get to seize the opportunity a bit more. I still enjoyed the Halloween stuff I got to do, even if I didn't get to go to the pumpkin farm or make the usual roasted pumpkin seeds or anything.
