i recently got diagnosed with leukemia may 8th and have struggled to make my way into any online space or make any new long lasting friends. im genuinely at a loss here and have tried lots, id just like some advice on how to, put myself out there..? for a lack of better terms. ive never been good at socializing in real life either but it was a little easier to atleast make long lasting friends.., anyways if you have any advice please let me know

I feel like for the most part if it doesn't come easy, u just gotta be consistent and meet tons of people/communities, e.g., discord server with your interest and if the first, second, etc.. doesn't work out, u gotta have grit and keep going until you finally find one you can just vibe with. But sometimes online isn't for everyone, the same grit can be applied to real life and who knows it might even work out faster for u
i cant really socialize irl thats the thing my leukemia has made it so im unable to attend school
