no phone :<

i am 14 and STILL dont have a phone and my computer that i had has been broken for and entire year cus my dad wont fix it and im stuck with an old ipad to communicate with others :( but my mom thinks that i shouldnt get a phone yet because she think ill lose it which makes so sense because i could just have an apple airtag or smth in it. anyways so i suggested to my mom that i should get a flip phone because discord is my main way of communicating with others and most of the kids at my school dont have discord anyways she said that ill lose it even though the only time i "lost" something was when i forgot my water bottle like twice and i was able to get it back the same day. plus theres a new law where we cant have our phones out in school so i wouldnt lose it at school and if i had an apple airtag i could tell where it was if i lost it.
