doing a lot better physically, cut is going good and I'm getting better at dips and pull ups. My shoulders kinda injured but it'll heal by tomorrow, my cardio is also awf but 5 miles wasnt killing me yesterday, which is good cause thats half of what I'm trying to do. xpp body looking a lot more in shape I'm glad. bought zero sugar jolly ranchers and a fuck ton of energy drinksĀ
