Sumn I'll do every now and then to add a lil intentionality to my scroll sessions/to circumvent brainrot is to add all the songs people use on their Insta posts to a queue on YouTube to make a lil mini playlist.

It's a really good way to discover new music, listen to popular stuff you only ever hear the chorus to all the way through, appreciate stuff from other genres, revisit old favourites, etc.
