Turn Table Tuesday

yo, what up? Happy Tuesday to all who celebrate.

Today's Song: Dracula by Gorillaz  

This is from Gorillaz first album. It's like a reggae-type beat (I don't know if it actually is, but it sounds like it to me) with a Looney Tunes sample and Damon Albarn's tired ass voice. He just sounds bored in this song, haha. I think Dracula was technically a B-side for Clint Eastwood and a bonus track on the album when it was first released. 

I used to really love Gorillaz in middle school. I watched the Trolls movie in 2017 and was like, "What is that amazing sound I'm hearing in my 12-year-old ears?" and it was Clint Eastwood by Gorillaz. I became obsessed (much like how I am right now with Ween), and I was so, so, so annoying. I'm surprised I'm still friends with the people I was friends with when I was 12. 

Anyway, this song is underrated in my opinion. It's catchy and a good song to throw into a Halloween Playlist for a party or something.
