havent wroten a blog in a while but im here now so oussup. 

i have been taking photos with my 2008 camera, but i also thrifted a VHS-C camcorder for 6 bucks. unfortunately it doesnt work properly. turns on, holds a charge, but i believe the lens itself is broken because it doesnt display any video at all. the tape feeding mechanism might also be messed up because the tape it came with gets all fucked up when i take it out of the camera. there was a video from 2012 on the tape but the camera only wants to play a tiny bit of it before shitting out. oh well

its halloween soon and im OH SO EXCITED. i have updated my profile photo for the season and it will stay that way until christmas because halloween is objectively the best holiday

lately ive still been lsitening to a lot of deathcore but also a lot of black metal. specifically bands like old mans child, emperor, covenant, symphonic shit. it is awesome. as for deathcore i been digging despised icon and the black dahlia murder's earlier work, and its funny because a lot of ppl try calling them melodeath but they really are deathcore adjacent, albeit with not many breakdowns, but very similar riffage and vocals (the shifting between shrieked and growled etc). i have enjoyed them for a while now but when i was a loser -core hater in my younger toughguy metalhead years i was coping hard and convinced myself they werent deathcore adjacent. but they really are and theyre pretty good. ALSO bring me the horizons first album is fire as fuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
