I have downloaded Pinterest Shuffles again!!

Any app recommendations for making collages like this? Pinterest Shuffle is kinda of a pain and I’ve already had my beef with Picsart…

(OMG it took me soooo long to get the image to upload right!! Also my hair only looks nice like this 1% of the time unfortunately…)  :(
