Where to shop for Y2K clothes?

I’m trying to dress more alternatively. I’ve always wanted to dress in the very typical Y2K fashion. Sometimes emo/scene, other times very trashy and/or mcbling. It doesn’t matter. I just want to look bomb as hell. Problem is, I live in a tiny town in buttfuck nowhere surrounded by old ladies and other students. We have couple thrift stores (exactly 3), but they never have anything noteworthy. It’s all old lady stuff.

So I ask others where to buy stuff and they always say vinted (while yes, I do and I can find some good pieces, overall, it’s very tedious and sellers aren’t always cooperating or they’re overcharging for Shein clothes) or they tell me to just shop on Shein. Which yes, it’s very convenient, but I try not to support sweatshops and child labour. Please, don't recommend depop either, cuz most of the time the sellers don't ship to Europe. :,(

And my next problem is that my style changes day to day. One moment I want to be an emo baddie. The next I want to dress whimsical, maximalist, clashing colours and patterns. And I don’t know what to do. For now, I’m sticking to my strange wardrobe without a cohesive theme, looking weird every day. I’m keeping my eye out for anything, but please help? I want to be a baddie so bad.
