Dululu friend problems

My friend asked me if she could buy her cats back ( she gave them to me twice ) she had someone on her phone  she was whispering to. I said " well um maybe if they wanna go " 

Because I knew that I would be made out to be that bitch. This is also the same girl that almost starved one cat to death when she brought  them to our apartment because she wasn't  feed them and left them at her old apartment. When my mom was going over there to feed them. She let one out and I heard from other people he had starved to death. 

She gave me her cats when left to Ohio with her then bf she knew for 3 months.  Came back after the break up and then threatened to take me to court  if I didn't give  the cats to her when she got an apartment. side note: SHE DIDN'T HAVE A JOB THE WHOLE TIME SHE LIVED WITH US! SHE HAD NO WHERE TO GO. NO MONEY OR ANYONE TO STAY WITH!  

If we were another people her ass would have gotten thrown out that night.

We have taken cat for the cats for 2 years at that point and paid for their food and litter. She wanted to take them to a shelter the first chance she got. You think she would have gotten them back from the shelter? No, no she  would not have. 

She says " well they chipped in my name " so? We have taken care of them for 2 years. And I know that was a lie because they were her grandmother's cats.  Not hers. 

She doesn't take care of them, doesn't feed them, clean there litter ( anymore), help pay for their food or litter nothing. 

She will never get those cats back. Ever. If she dose sue me then I can pull out the receipts of us paying for everything.  We will staying be leaving to 2 weeks. Wish her luck because she's going  to that care home.

P.s no one else in her family will take her in.  We were the only ones that did.
