not sure if you meant the back story to the making the song or what it was personally to me but:
any song from the Aquaria (2007) game, the OST is amazing + made by Alec Holowka (who had also worked on the more popular game, Night in the Woods). Aquaria is a game close to my heart so i felt like i needed to mention it lol
I particularly enjoy the Mithala and Home songs:) unfortunatly i do not think the album is on spotify, but there is a few uploads on youtube!!

53 and 3rd by the ramones, written mainly by Deedee ramone , is about a young male prostitute on 53 and 3rd Avenue in Manhattan, which was know for male prostitution. the man kills someone to prove he isnt gay (who hes proving to is unknown, it was 1974) with a razor blade. nobody knows if deedee was the guy in the song or not.

since you listen to lemon demon i recommend you talkshow boy (he’s like my favorite artist eva!!!!)
the best way i can think to get into his stuff is starting with his albums testosterone! or watch as i perform my own tracheotomy then continuing to the rest of his discography
also if you like his music you should also listen to the band bis which is a big inspiration behind the first talkshow boy albums!!!

listen to futura by Lucio Dalla, he's a super famous singer songwriter in italy. In 1979 he came out of a train and sat on a bench next to the Berlin, moments later he turn his head around and saw that next to him was sitting the legend Phil Collins. Lucio didn't interact with him, he didn't want to ruin his peaceful smoke, so he opened his notebook and wrote this song in like 30 minutes. It's about two lovers divided by the Berlin wall. Don't mind the italian lyrics or what they say, enjoy the beautiful international language of music.
