does anyone have an actually decent diet ? i don't mean like crazy fad diets or eating zero sugar or sweets at all, but getting all the nutrients you need without feeling like a caged tiger.Â
i've been a very selective eater my whole life and i don't understand how people are able to eat foods they don't like because they're "supposed to." whether it be texture, taste, or smell, i find there's something "wrong" with most foods. how am i supposed to introduce healthier foods into my diet when i'm in so deep ?
