

Ugh I need to stop eating so much sugar...it's becoming a bad habit and I've already gained 3 pounds from borderline binging it lately. I've been so stressed with starting MA school that I've just wanted sweet treats as a reward for working hard...
Real talk though, how do I fix this?? I don't want this to get any more out of hand...

i struggle with binge-eating too, so i understand...
the best advice i can give with any non life-threatening addiction is...to just stop doing it (in your case, just stop buying sugary stuff when grocery shopping and avoid places that only sell sweets), but that's always easier said than done, so
something that helps with me is slowly weaning myself off of certain foods, so i'll incrementally eat less of a certain thing, or i'll try to replace my binging habit with exercising or walking.
