Obsession with new ink

for my birthday in october i got a Kaweco Sport fountain pen, which came with a regular dark blue cartridge. originally i chose a very interesting pink-brown-gray ink to order, but it never came. so i was stuck with this dark blue one for first weeks. at least now i know that i really do not like this tone of ink!

after the cancelation of my pink kamoshika ink i chose a different on from the same brand, which is by the way shikiori saylor! a ordered tokiwamatsu, but the waiting is sooo long that i still did not receive it//

so i decided to decide which ink im going to order next and my choice lended on  herbin's vert de gris! a blue-gray color, while being tame, is still very interesting on paper!

i like how the writing feels with the fountain pen, but drawing is even better! using this pen is really good for my damaged thumb, the absence of force while pushing on a regular ball pen is nice. so i can write and draw more than usual! 

here are the boots that i drew as soon as i got this ink! they are very funky, i like em//

as you can see i tried out a little bit of caliraphy too! i really enjoy it, but my imagination is very poor so all i can do is redraw already existing fonts..

i feel like im 14 again, doodling feels fun, i want to draw all the time and i seek out images to draw on pinterest everyday. feels like the little me is having fun again.

i should recieve the tokiwamatsu ink in about a week and i can't wait to use it! i also have a converter cartridge for my pen so switching out inks is not a problem : )
