The Difficult Task of Actually Finding Music I Like That Isn't Part of An OST

I like VGM (Videos Game Music) a lot but part of me feels like it's kinda ineffective with helping me find community and getting out of my daily depressing autopilot. It's so much easier to just keep listening to It's TV Time! by Toby Fox on loop or some random Pizza Tower song I found online, but it doesn't feel like it gets me anywhere. 

This is probably less fitting for the Music category considering how Personal Life centered it is compared to the very brief mention of what music I listen to.
