Creating an original TTRPG

For a year or two now, I have wanted to create an original TTRPG. Me being me, of course, it constantly changed its identity, from a hack of DBU, a combination of Daggerheart and Fabula Ultima, and now a simplified Sword World 2.5. I follow a lot of OSR designers, but their idea of rpg fantasy is Conan the Barbarian, when I'm more of a Dragon Quest sort of person. The name I have settled on is ALICE: The OSR JRPG. Consider this as an introduction.
