Can someone tell me why a 14yo girl wants to "have her first time" like rn?

Hii so yeah took a while but this is a follow up 2 my last post which was a lil update on my life.

Also idc if I'm litteraly exposing one of my friends for that just 2 make it clear. And we're gonna call her E.

So E, first of all, is the type of girl 2 rly just "need a man". Like if she isn't in a relationship ALL THE TIME she crashes out and tries desperatly 2 find a bf (WE ARE 14 WTF IS WRONG WITH HER). Like since the start of school year in September she had 4 different bfs including 2 exes. The first one is a nobody we don't care about him but he is one of the exes. The second, she said it herself, she only got with him 2 get close to another guy but was still mad when "he wasn't paying attention 2 her". The third, she stayed with him for a week and the fourth and current one is an ex of her THAT WANTS 2 HAVE SMEX WITH HER LIKE WTF.

And E wants it 2 omfg what is wrong with these people T-T especialy cause the cousin of another friend of mine got pregnant at 14 HELP ME GOOD LORD. Also she says that she has daddy issues because her dad left 2 get da milk but girl that's not an excuse. I got both daddy and mommy issues and I got both parents (I even have 2 moms).

PLEASE people help tell me how we can get her 2 WAKE TF UP or what we can tell her to get her 2 realise how dangerous it is.
