I hate beurocracy so much

went to the government office to try and get a name change, cause trasgernder, and the lady there basically told us to fuck off, and handed us a packet of bullshit, that I had already done most of, or didn't apply to me.

And she also lied about the amount of time it would take to get a passport, saying it was double the time that it takes.  I swear, these beurocrats have their dicks so far up their own asses that they just get stuck in a self jizz jerk-off power trip loop, of making the people they're supposed to take care of despondent.

I hate beurocracy so fucking much.
