Sm1 tell me how to start doing school work again PLEASE

Hellohellohi,
I need help.

  currently I am in online schooling. basically you stay at home day in day out and your school is on your computer rather than going to a building. I CAN'T DO THE WORK THOUGH! like, I haven't done the work in weeks, which means bad grades, which means me lying that I'm actually doing the work WHEN I'M NOT, and having to keep up that lie till I do all the work one day, but the cycle repeats! even before I switched to online schooling this was a problem. I started not going to school, didn't do any of the work for months, and now It's happening again... 

  maybe I'm just not built for the school system but I SERIOUSLY NEED TO GRADUATE. I got this year and then I'm a senior. so someone, please, if you know how to sit down and force yourself to do school work when for some reason you can't please help me out.

  btw the work isn't even hard. I just cheat for most of it LOWKEY... but still it's not hard so IDK WHY I'M LIKE THIS! i bet it has to do with my mental, but I can't get any help for that so we're just going to ignore it.

PLEASE!! I BEG!! HELP!! 😭😭😭
