Feedback + Thoughts on a song + POTENTIAL BANDMATES NEEDED

This is 100 percent a WIP and a lot of stuff is changing, but this is a rough sketch and im starting to like the chorus (ik its a lil cheesy rn and im hoping to change that, the rhythm is weird ik ik im fixing that, song writing is a wierd)

Footsteps echo on the grey cement

March in line like drafted soldiers 

My skull is cracked, my thoughts are spent
As they beat out our shattered dreams

But what I don’t realise is that I’m already dead

Cuz the gun is pressed to back of my head

Crushed to fit the mold

Forced into Conformity
Bound the restless, chained the bold

Silenced by Authority
A system built to educate

Failed where it swore to guide

Forced to kneel before them and

Swallow your pride

Confined and chained to my desk

13 years I’m stuck in hell

The weight of boots upon my neck

Behind the bars of jail cells

But by oppressing generations they had failed to inspire 

They had just put a lot more fuel on the fire

ON ANOTHER NOTE I AM LOOKING TO START A PUNK/ROCK/ POP BAND We currently have one vocalist and one bassist We are looking for percussionists, guitarists and maybe one more vocalist IF YOU HAPPEN TO BE -Based in NSW AU - between the ages of 14-17 (We want all our band members relatively close in age) - and can do any of these things to a degree of competence Go ahead and IM me:) THANKS EVERYBODY
