Cake Decorating! October 18th/25

Hi! I haven't had many opportunities at work to actually decorate cakes. If I'm back in the decorating area it's usually just to clean up or to do backstock for the full time decorators. But, I did have time for one cake! 

Now, I definitely really do like this cake, but of course there are things I'd change. I love the colours I went with, very Halloween, tis the season and all. I knew I wanted to do roses, and a double border. We had this GORGEOUS orange in a piping bag and I knew what needed to be done. I put the roses down first, which for the future—DO NOT DO THAT! DO YOUR BORDER FIRST! You can see my little panic orange border behind the flowers. 

I really like the pearls and the white chocolate fans, I feel it really finishes the cake.\
