10. Always check your White Balance before shooting
9. Set your ISO as low as you can go and adjust other settings before you increase the ISO
8. You have a hand tremor so don't shoot slower than 1/125
7. Make sure your lighting compensation is at 0
6. Check your lens and make sure it is clean
5. Don't trust the EVF, trust the meters
4. The autofocus is better than your eyesight + peaking
3. Do as much in camera as possible
2. You can't shoot groups of people at f/1.4, always start at f/2.8 and adjust from there
1. Adjust your lighting until it looks great, that means taking time and not feeling rushed. Good images require good lighting
