I hate to be one of those people who say “ I was born in the wrong generation.” But I just love the 90s and 80s era of music, it just had so much soul and passion. Maybe it’s just nostalgia for an era I never lived in, but when I listen to the music it touches me *pause 🧐* in a way music in my gen doesn’t 😓 Anywho

It also takes accessibility to fully enjoy most of those songs because there are so many artists I would never have discovered had it not been for YouTube and VKontakte. To be fair, the first decade of the 2000s also had a lot of awesome songs, but my favorite songs in the world are all from the 80s and 90s.
It's also crazy to think about how much more optimism for the future there was back then compared to nowadays.
