Update on life

I am sorry I havent been so active on here but alot has been going on lately. I moved out of my parents into a house with my siblings, got a new job, going to the gym, let go of a long time friend, altered anxiety that left me having frequent panic/anxiety attacks with dizziness, etc.. I honestly forgot about my Spacehey account until I saw it pinned as a bookmark on my google search. I would like to change up my account and maybe be more active on here. If there are any other adults out there who struggle with anxiety, I would love to hear what you do to take care of it and tips on regulating your nervous system. <3

I'm 27. My anxiety isn't terrible like it used to be, but I think I have some tips. Reduce the amount of sugar in your diet, stay hydrated, eat foods with high fiber, and use lemon. Lemon is especially very good at reducing anxiety. I like to add it to tea.

Also, exercise. That will help a ton too. Most of my anxiety disappeared with age and experience, but I think these tips are still useful.

Thank you so much, those all sound helpful. I began drinking water with lemon recently and started buying more tea (i also started drinking kava). I already do exercise but i think i need more of a "going outside" exercise like walking. I also bought books and crystals (i know some people dont believe in that but it does help me a bit and I love adding a little bit of whimsy into my life). I am going to give it time and see how my anxiety progress along with my age. Thank you again, i hope nothing but an amazing, easy going life for you

I forgot to mention this, but they do also make medications for anxiety. Maybe as a last resort that could be something you look into. When I was younger I was into crystals too, so I'm not judging at all!
