Ingredients:
1 1/2 sticks of butter
3/4 cup of light brown sugar
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
1 large egg
tsp of vanilla extract
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 instant vanilla pudding mix of 3.5 ounces
1 tsp of baking soda
pinch of salt
2 cups of chocolate chips
Instructions:
Step 1: combine the butter, sugars, egg, vanilla extract, and beat in medium high on any mixer for 4 minutes
Step 2: add the flour, pudding mix, baking soda, and the pinch of salt to the bowl and beat on low for 1 minute
Step 3: Finally add the chocolate chips to the bowl and mix.
Step 4: roll the cookie dough into even balls. Place in tray or plate and cover in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 5: Place the cookies on a tray and pre heat oven to 350F. Bake 11 minutes if small cookies or bake to 15-17 minutes if larger cookies.
