A little rant (i can't sleep and I've been pissed off abt this for a long time)

I know I've said this before a bunch of times but HOLY. SHIT. I HATE THINKING ABOUT WHAT TO WEAR. 

Like here there's people with 0 individualism, no cool clothing stores (or cool places, in general) and it pisses me off :( like people often say you have to dress a certain way to be alt, or to look alt and be like, "recognized as one" (?) and vro 💔 it's exhausting

My closet consists of like 5 good quality pants I got from not fast fashion stores in a nearby town, another 5 shirts I got at my town's fair (idk if that's the correct term, but you can look it up by typing "Feria de pueblo", " Puestos de la Feria"), 3 pairs of shoes (random sports shoes, low converse, black adidas), and a chain where I keep soda tabs attached to. And you know what? I look basic. I look pretty fucking basic and I hate it. 

The majority of my "alt" friends here only dress alt because they buy their clothes and accessories from sites like Temu, Aliexpress or Shein, and don't get me wrong, if you have no alternatives (this is the case with one of my friends here, her mom shops there and won't change her mind about it) then it's fine. But I really don't think it's worth to sacrifice the quality of a good shirt (for example) for some stolen y2k print. It just looks off once you really look at it. 

And what pisses me off the most? They actually get spotted in public just because they look good at first sight, and I just stand in the back, waiting for the opportunity to actually be dressed how I want. 

I know, clothing is not the only thing about alternative culture, there's also the music and the values, but you can't deny that clothing is what you see at first. 

Idk... Maybe I'm just mad cause they actually get more attention than me but yeah, lol xD

Man, just by thinking about ts I immediately get mad.
