Relationships

Why are most relationships these days so boring? It seems like people only get into relationships to satisfy themselves and make fools of others. I can't understand how some people think of deceiving and hurting people who are willing to love and give their all to have that person by their side. What I'm trying to say is that people like that are "horrible" to the point of hurting other people's feelings.
