I’m planning on getting some new piercings soon

Once my semester ends I feel like I should treat myself to some new piercings. A 6g septum stretch, nostril piercing, outer helix and surface anchor piercing. 

For those with surface anchors how long did it take to heal and how easy was it to heal? I want to heal up an outer helix too
