This is a poem i wrote a long time ago about the Edgar Allan Poe short story ''The Tell-Tale Heart''.
''Piercing Sound''
Under the floor
It stays dormant,
suspicion is gone
It begins to torment.
Sensation is rising
can't perceive if true,
mind dehumanizing
the punishment's due
A piercing sound
bleeding my ears,
beneath the ground
taking my years.
Its bloody silence
creeping inside,
filled up with violence
the screams that it cried.
It cannot breath
It cannot hear,
lump of raw beef
making me tear.
Such piercing sound
bleeding my ears,
beneath the ground
taking my years.
It cannot speak
It can't perceive,
what's this horrid shriek
trying to achieve?
Awake is the beast
bringing plenty of fear,
the bells of the priest
hint that doom is near.
Such piercing sound
bleeding my ears,
beneath the ground
taking my years.
It's all but a mockery,
It's aching my spine,
watching me suffer,
as I'm grasping my mind.
I am the creature
revealed by my sin,
laying down stiff
the body within.
Dear Piercing Sound,
that has bled my ears,
behind these bars
I'll stay for my years.

i'll write it down in my diary so i can read it offline too because there's something in it that i can't decipher, it's eerie yet comforting?
wow really? hagahah that's awesome thanks. i'm surprised by the fact that something I wrote so long ago with the little experience that I had can still affect someone. Send me a picture on ig if you do, @usernametrattinobasso_
