Heya chat (intro)

Finally sat down to write an intro about myself. Too busy trying to figure out an aesthetic for the blog I guess (still in progress have mercy pls) but here we are!

Actually I'm supposed to be studying rn but remembered that I basically left this thing dead and unattended so why not make it a little lively with an intro? 

☆ Wtf is 'Solomnoid'?

Its a combination of the word solomn and the word paranoid. Half-inspired by the song 'Noid' by Tyler, The Creator.

☆ General intro

I have a love-hate relationship with my names, but here you can call me Solomn/Solo/Lee. 

Soon my unrenewable licence to be a "teen-under-the-safety-of-their-parents" will be expired and that really sucks. I'm currently a broke unemployed student. Also I'm Asian and English my second language so there are gonna be some really bad grammar mistake. 

☆ Yapping about my interest(s)

As pretentious as it may sound, I like to think that I'm an artist. I'm a jack of all trades under that umbrella as I sew (very badly), use both traditional and digital means to illustrate (with varying quality) and I also used to make keychains. 

I also like to really like write. Either about my feelings towards the general state of the world or about a fictional twink from a comic, you'd be guaranteed to be met with the sappiest, most pretentious, dramatic writings with unessesary complicated words that may or may not rhyme with every paragraph. The teenage dramatics in me is still strong even at its last months. I apologise in advance.

I basically grew up on watching movies because dad doesn't want to pay for the typical TV channels for some reason. I read novels, mangas and comics. I'm also really into music of many genres. I like video essays (wow so original) and deep dives about video games that i never and will never play.

☆ What to expect from this blog

Dont expect anything lol. Im constantly having ideas in my head of projects and artwork and stuff so you can guess coding/writing on this blog is gonna be put on the back burner unfortunately. Also I'm a student who is suppose to be studying rn.

If the stars aligned then maybe I'd write some more. Probably light hearted topics, recounting memories or even a rant or two. Or about medias I like.

☆ Hopes and conclusions 

Honestly just writing this makes me feel nervous. I'm a guy in a sea of strangers. I think most people here are from the west and I'm just a lil guy from the southeast so uh I guess it's intimidating lol. Comment down below if you're from the southeast Asia too chat.

People on the Internet can be shitty sometimes so I just hope here I won't stumble across into them as much. But who am I kidding? Bad people are gonna exist everywhere anyway. Either way, I hope to have a somewhat decent time here.
