is it possible to escape the internet in this day and age?

The more i think about the current state of the web, the more dejected i become. Is this what we've envisioned?
With the recent rise of ai generated images and videos, i've found myself more and more disgusted by human greed and sloth... Why should you use deepseek or chatgpt to write your essays? Why should fucking sora ai scrape hundreds of thousand of pieces of footage for the sake of a stupid video you'll forget about in a day? Is this worth it??? I dont need your stupid fucking ai assistant updates. I don't want you to have my fingerprints. I dont want to share my personal information with you. GET OUT OF MY HEAD!!!!!!!!! Whats the point of being in the larger pool of the internet if it's all perverse and against humanity???
Internet in its nature is so beautiful to me So with all this new technology coming out it feels as if its being forsaken. Purgatory is real and the aipocalypse is the embodiment of it, im sure. The world outside is waiting for me but im afraid of meeting it eye to eye
