I genuinely think im dieing

Guys ok listen, lately I've been freezing all day everyday no matter what I do I'm always freezing and then I'll get these random hot flashes that last like 10 minutes where I'm like dying of a heat stroke then I go back to freezing, my stomach always hurts really bad and whenever I eat I get super nauseous it doesn't matter how big or small the portion is or what it is I get really nauseous, I get tired really easily like way to easily, I either sleep all day or don't sleep at all there's no in-between, I've been having horrible headaches lately and a few days ago I turned really pale and got super cold out of fucking no where, I keep hearing and seeing things that aren't there to. It doesn't help that I keep going through super depressive episodes, I'm also really tense, jumpy and nervous now and always feel like something bad is going to happen. Am I going to go to the doctor....no. But I do want yalls opinion on this so please tell me if you know what's going on.
