Last semester I was waking up for school 4 days a week at 4:45 which isn't bad I've woke up for school at like 5am for most of my life, what was different now was the 30 minute drive at 6:30 when it was still dark out. It's a beautiful drive to my college and it's quite calm when it's dark out. My morning drives gave me a lot of time to think and to feel, my best friend had just left for an LDS mission in January and highkey I had a lot to feel about that, I'm super proud of her and I love her so much and I'm so glad she went but that doesn't mean I didn't miss her like crazy. There was almost a sort of grief period I went through and I know that's weird cause it's not like she's leaving forever but I deal with people leaving a little weird so there was a whole grief thing happening. This music was with me through it and they helped me feel what I needed to in the perfect moment of my morning drive. I hope others can enjoy these as much as I have, I don't need them as much anymore but they do come up once in a while. There are more songs I can add to this and I might do a part 2 at some point but we'll see. I <3 these songs.
