depends on where you're going. i plan on going solo traveling to asia soon (im freshly 20 so not a teen), and i'm planning to just go with the flow and buy a depature ticket and take it from there. i've heard there are a lot of 18-19 y/os traveling bust most don't do it alone. i would always recommend traveling to anyone, but if u havent traveled much before, i wouldn't recommend going far away from home all alone for your first big travel.
